Abbott of England Ceramic Statue Children

Mid century statue of two children embracing. Similarity to Marwal Industries chalkware figurine which is usually marked and signed. I can only surmise that this may be a replica with markings on the back of Abbott of England 203. There's also a signature on it but it's hard to make out. Gorgeous soft paint colouring and in exceptional condition. No chipping.
