Ladies Vintage Dress

Bright and beautiful ladies party dress. Handmade with deep but bright blue fabric with green stitching. Fitted upper body with scooped neckline, short sleeves and pulled in at the waist with a small ribbon of same material. Crinoline lining in the lower skirt which is below the knee in length. Zips up from the back.
